“Carried from the mountains of Colombia by the power of the wind — roasted by you.”

about.

The world’s finest coffees are crafted with care, passion, and a connection to nature’s heart. This philosophy gave birth to Ventigo Coffee, a brand dedicated to the enchanting lands of Colombia, the source of our exceptional beans.

Inspired by the Spanish word “Viento” — the power of the wind — Ventigo brings Colombian green coffee to roasters across the United States. We deliver the beans exactly as they leave the farm, so you can roast them to your own taste.

faq.

What is green coffee?

Green coffee is the raw seed of the coffee cherry before roasting. It must be roasted before brewing.

How can I roast it at home?

You can use a home coffee roaster, an air popper, a skillet or an oven. Roast until the beans reach the color you like, then let them rest for a day before brewing.

How should I store green coffee?

Keep the beans in a cool, dry, dark place away from strong odors. Stored properly, green coffee stays fresh for many months.

I own a café — do you offer wholesale?

Yes. Our 50 lb to 1000 lb sizes come with lower per-pound prices. For recurring deliveries, send us a quote request.

Which size should a new home roaster start with?

A 1 lb or 5 lb bag — enough for several test roasts while you find your roast level.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States from New Jersey.
